‚€‹The Cross-Channel Marketing Manager is part of an industry-leading marketing program, responsible for driving synchronization, process and technological advances across all of the marketing channels. The manager is responsible for driving lifecycle automation coordination among the marketing channels.‚€‹

Job Responsibilities


  • Manage and drive a consistent cross-channel voice to the customer.

  • Integrate Overstock technologies across channels (DMP, CIM, Customer 360 Table, etc.).

  • Drive and manage technologic and strategic innovation across all of the marketing channels.

  • Drive and manage process innovation between the marketing channels.

  • Drive and manage new cross-department initiatives

  • Drive and manage direct marketing and automation efforts through new marketing channels.

  • Responsible for understanding multiple marketing channels' performance and making recommendations for improvements.

  • Understand and manage the holistic customer experience across all of the marketing channels.

  • Have a strong understanding of current marketing channel practices and projects.

  • Manage cross-channel projects between the business and development teams.

  • Responsible for tracking and measuring performance of all cross-channel initiatives, as well as, the overall marketing channels' performance.‚€‹

  • Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.

  • Follow legal policies as directed.

Job Requirements


  • 5+ years of direct marketing experience (preferred)

  • Business savvy and strategically focused on improvement and optimization

  • Experience or familiarity with relational databases and statistical data analysis (strong to intermediate skills in SQL a plus)

  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

  • Strong financial and analytical skills, detail oriented, solid business sense, and good problem solving abilities

  • Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.

  • Must be able to handle operational schedules and production work. ‚€‹



  • Degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
