R Sr. Paid Search Manager (Open)Job Summary

‚€‹The SEM Senior Marketing Manager optimizes existing marketing partnerships and creates/executes new online marketing programs/campaign to meet revenue goals. This position requires online marketing expertise, data analysis, creative problem-solving, and understanding the latest trends and knowing which partners have the highest return on investment.

Job Responsibilities


  • Create strategy, implement, track, analyze and optimize Paid Search campaigns in Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, Bing, and other search engines.

  • Experience in leveraging site analytics programs for SEM analysis / insights (Google Analytics, Omniture)

  • Prior experience building teams and managing, training and mentoring junior staff on all aspects of search marketing and managing internal and external client relationships

  • Strong command / expertise in managing bid optimization platforms Doubleclick, Kenshoo, Marin

  • Advanced MS Excel fluency required (pivot tables, charts, vlookup, sumifs)

  • Utilize successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management on pay-per-click search engines to hit target acquisitions volume goals and efficiency metrics CPA, CPL

  • Actively test and analyze keywords, copy and landing pages to increase ROI and drive incremental volume.

  • Manage daily relationships with key search engine partnerships.

  • Provide detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques in order to increase overall search performance efficiency.

  • Provide consistent and effective support to Senior Executives on forecasting and new business opportunities‚€‹

  • Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.

  • Follow legal policies as directed.

Job Requirements

  • ‚€‹5+ years online marketing experience (Preferably in Retail)

  • Strong quantitative skills required to analyze and optimize campaigns

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and to manage multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet goals‚€‹

  • Bachelors' in Marketing, Business, or other related field, or equivalent experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
