The PLA Specialist manages campaigns and relationships, developing big-picture business strategies and striving for growth in the product ads space. You will be working with various product teams, business owners and analytics to run POCs, integrate with new partners, and manage day-to-day growth of this marketing channel.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support for the developing and growing online paid marketing channel. They will be the point person to maintain current and new 3rd party relationships, including ad network, creative, and technology relationships.
- Follow-up on inquiries and proposals from other potential new partners, and help decide which are most opportunistic for Overstock.
- Work with the team to develop campaign, bidding, and segmentation strategies.
- Manage PLA ads and reporting tools to develop high-impact, results-oriented, advertising campaigns.
- Learn and use our technology to drive customer acquisition and strategically target current customers, site visitors, and prospects.
- Compile and interpret data daily to measure performance and form optimization and growth strategies.
- Learn and apply new skills as necessary to ensure the future success of the company.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
- Follow legal policies as directed.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in online marketing or account management.
- In-depth knowledge of search and/or affiliate marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and key performance indicators within the online marketing space.
- Experience with CPC/CPA bidding strategies and bid testing with 3rd parties.
- Experience working with technical / dev teams to accomplish high-stakes business goals.
- Excellent project management skills, with ability to track multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables.
- Expert problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving environment.
- Ability to propose and execute solutions.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally and with executives.
- Passion for retail, naturally curious about how people shop, and the retail environment.

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
